This is a theoretical-practical workshop to learn sound healing techniques and to sound singing bowls, integrating fundamentals of humanistic music therapy, sound therapy and Sound Healing teachings.

The sound of the bowls and their harmonics serve to balance the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual and cosmic planes. The vibration is capable of dissolving old structures, beliefs, conditioning, emotional blockages and re-opening channels of consciousness. They also have the property of modifying brain waves favoring states of relaxation and meditation, generating well-being and a reconnection with the Divine Essence of Being.

This workshop is aimed at any human being with the desire to explore
