Breathwork facilitator and teacher, shamanic practitioner and advanced Oxygen Advantage facilitator. She is the founder of the GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance) certified Breathwork Seven Directions® training program.

Steph places great importance on the integration aspect of any somatic practice that has the potential to bring about significant change or advancement for the person experiencing the work. It is dedicated to awareness of breathing and regulation of the nervous system as a route to health and well-being.
